Terms of the Donation Agreement

If you Donate (donate) to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kasih Nurul Iman Negeri Perak, you agree to accept these terms. We will from time to time change the terms, and we advise you from time to time, upon your visit to this site to check these terms.

1. The terms of nuruliman.org.my and nuruliman.org or we or the owner or this website refer to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kasih Nurul Iman Negeri Perak (Rumah Nurul Iman), the owner of the website.

2. Any payment to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kasih Nurul Iman Negeri Perak or a trustee named as "CONTRIBUTION". No services, products or any materials will be provided if you contribute to us.

3. Each donation will be used to fund the operation and development of the Kasih Nurul Iman Welfare Organization of Perak (Rumah Nurul Iman).

4. Tax exemption is subject to government regulations (IRB). Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kasih Nurul Iman Negeri Perak is not responsible for the failure to obtain tax exemption.

5. Any donations are non -refundable. To avoid any difficulties that arise for you and also the Kasih Nurul Iman Welfare Organization of Perak, it is important to think and evaluate your decision before making a contribution.

6. Official receipts will only be provided if requested. You need to declare the contribution amount, payment date, full name and address for that purpose.

7. Payment via paypal.com, mastercard or visa card will be deducted as a service fee of 3%.

8. Payment via online bank transfer, wire transfer or bank check, fees will be charged by the bank.

9. Donations using Bitcoin or Ethereum will not be valued in any form of fiat currency at the time the donation is made. The amount or value of Bitcoin or Ethereum will only be made after the sale is made. (Receipts will be issued in the form of quantities from the cryptocurrency and will not be worth fiat).
